How we get this data
Every 24 hours we scan jobs from major applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and others) plus a handful of remote-job boards. New roles in, closed roles out. The counts above reflect the current state of that index, refreshed hourly on this page.
We ignore postings older than 90 days for the company leaderboard. We don't claim "real-time" or "live". The cadence is one full pass per day.
