A fit score before you apply
Click Capture on a posting and get a 0-100 match score against your JobJam profile, a plain verdict and your top gaps. Keep several profiles and pick which one to score.
A tailored resume and cover letter
Generate an ATS-friendly resume for that posting, conservative, moderate or aggressive, and a cover letter in the tone you choose. Download the PDF without leaving the page.
Every job lands in your tracker
Save a job for later or mark it applied from the panel. My jobs syncs with your JobJam application tracker, so the resume you sent is there when the recruiter calls.
Where it captures
One click reads the title, company and description on these job boards and applicant tracking systems. On other career sites it reads postings published in the standard job format, and you can always paste the description instead.

What it never does
- Read a page before you click Capture.
- Submit or apply for you. There is no bulk applying.
- Guess a job description. If it cannot find one, it says so and gives you a paste box.
- Run analytics or tracking. It talks only to JobJam.
