An application keeps the resume version and cover letter you used for it. When the screening call comes, open the card and read exactly what the recruiter read, not the version you've edited three times since.
A follow-up date on every card
When you mark an application as applied, JobJam asks when you want to follow up and shows that date on the card. Your board tells you who you owe a nudge.
